The Freedom Journey Terms and Conditions
The following Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("you" or "client") and The Freedom Journey ("we", "us", or "our"), a subsidiary business of Prime Collaborative LLC. Please read this Agreement carefully before using any services provided by The Freedom Journey. By using our services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, do not use our services.
Refunds
We stand behind our coaching services and strive to provide the best experience possible. However, we understand that there may be circumstances in which you may request a refund. We offer a satisfaction guarantee for all coaching packages. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our services, you may request a full refund within 30 days of completing the program and fulfilling the following requirements:
1. Completion of all program assignments and exercises as outlined in the program materials;
2. Attendance at all scheduled coaching sessions;
3. Active participation in coaching sessions and demonstrated effort to apply the coaching to achieve your desired results.
To request a refund, please contact us at [email protected] . After we receive your refund request, we will review your request and contact you within 7 business days to confirm your eligibility for a refund.
After the 30-day refund period has passed or if you do not meet the above requirements, we do not offer any refunds for coaching services rendered.
Program Packages with One to One Coaching Sessions
For program packages that include One to One coaching sessions, additional terms and conditions apply. These sessions must be scheduled and utilized within the timeframe of your cohort's schedule. Any unused coaching session credit will expire 24 hours after your final live group call. You may also have the option to purchase additional coaching sessions at the TFJ Member rate.
Payments
You agree to pay the full amount for the coaching package selected at the time of purchase. Payments can be made in full or via installment payments as agreed upon at the time of purchase.
If your payment fails to process and is not received, we will contact you to resolve the issue. If no action has been taken to resolve the issue within 10 business days, we reserve the right to terminate your access to the coaching program. You will still be responsible for the total amount due.
Privacy
We take your privacy seriously and are committed to protecting your personal information. We collect, use, and disclose your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website https://www.thefreedomjourney.co/privacy-policy . By using our services, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.
Results
We cannot and do not make any promises regarding the results you may achieve from using our coaching services. Each individual's success depends on many factors, including their dedication, motivation, and willingness to make changes. We provide coaching and support to help you achieve your goals, but ultimately, your success is up to you. We cannot guarantee that you will achieve any specific results.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Our coaching services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of our services, the information, content, materials, or products included with our services, or the results that may be obtained from using our services. To the fullest extent permissible by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Copyright and Trademark Protection
The content and materials provided by The Freedom Journey, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are protected by copyright and trademark laws. All intellectual property rights are owned by The Freedom Journey or its content suppliers.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, perform, or transmit any of the content or materials provided by The Freedom Journey without the prior written consent of The Freedom Journey. You may not use any of The Freedom Journey's trademarks or service marks without the prior written consent of The Freedom Journey.
Testimonials
By using our coaching services, you agree that any testimonial, comment, email, or direct message you provide to The Freedom Journey may be used by The Freedom Journey for marketing purposes. We may use your testimonial, in whole or in part, on our website, social media platforms, marketing materials, or other promotional content. While we may make slight changes to the testimonial to improve readability, we will not alter the meaning or original intent of your testimonial.
To protect your privacy, we will not use your name in connection with your testimonial without your explicit permission. Instead, we will make your testimonial anonymous, unless you have given us permission to use your name.
If you recognize your testimonial being used by The Freedom Journey and wish to have it removed, please contact us at [email protected], and we will promptly remove it from our marketing materials.
Disclaimer of Liability
Our coaching services are not professional counseling services and our coaches are not licensed professionals. All results are within the power and wisdom of God. We cannot guarantee any specific results and cannot be held responsible for any results, consequences, or effects or lack thereof, which the Client may or may not experience as a result of our coaching sessions.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or damages for loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, incurred by you or any third-party, whether in an action in contract or tort, arising from your access to, or use of, our coaching services.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your access to our coaching services at any time, without notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to your breach of this Agreement or if we determine, in our sole discretion, that your use of our coaching services is detrimental to the well-being of our coaching program or other clients.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Texas, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any dispute arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
Changes to Agreement
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time, without notice, by posting the modified Agreement on our website. Your continued use of our coaching services after the posting of any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the modified Agreement.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and The Freedom Journey and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, regarding the subject matter of this Agreement.

You acknowledge and accept that all results are within the power and wisdom of God and that we cannot guarantee any specific results. You acknowledge and accept that we may terminate your access to our coaching services at any time, without notice or liability. You acknowledge and accept the requirements for receiving a refund as outlined in this Agreement. You acknowledge and accept the waiver of liability and dispute resolution provisions of this Agreement.
